LUPA is a news magazine about the Observatories put together by the young people themselves. While the Report is more formal and descriptive, LUPA is much more informal and aimed at the youth audience in the communities involved in the work. One of its main functions is to disseminate the results of the work done to other local entities. The name of the magazine, which is the Portuguese word for magnifying glass, was conceived by the young people taking part in the first journalism workshop in the pilot project. The magazine takes its inspiration from the newspaper called Radcal of the Fundação Athos Bulcão.
